“Win Big in the Last Quarter”
Hello everyone! Happy Monday!
How was your weekend? I hope it was relaxing and recharging.
September just started and we’re now closing in on the last quarter of the year.
At this point, you might be looking at your list of goals and feeling a bit overwhelmed by how much is left to achieve.
But what I am about to share can help you get a different perspective and be able to help you carry on towards completing the rest of your goals for the rest of the year.
In my weekly accountability group, we’ve discussed and learned a few strategies that have been incredibly effective for me:
- Have a gratitude journal. Sometimes, especially when life gets tough, it can be very difficult to see the positive in your day. That’s why having a gratitude journal helps keep you grounded and take note even of the little things that you need to be thankful for.
- Stack your wins. No matter how small they may be, when you compile your wins, it can be a source of motivation and encouragement to know that you have progress towards your goals no matter how little they may be.
- Keep checking in on your goals. Whether you’re on target to meet them or lagging, checking in on your goals helps you stay motivated and review where you are right now and how far you’ve come from your starting point as well as how much more you have to go.
With only a few more months left till the yearend, whether you’re on target or lagging, always know that there’s always time to achieve what you set out to do. Life can go from zero to 100 real quick so never give up. Focus on your controllable and keep grinding.
Have a great week ahead!
